Heather Barlow is the Club Director of Ignite Volleyball Club and Boston Area Youth Volleyball Westford Director. She also coaches Groton-Dunstable girls varsity and the North Middlesex/Groton Dunstable boys program. She played Division I volleyball at Brigham Young University, experiencing a Final Four and several Sweet Sixteen appearances. She is also the proud parent of several athletes, one of which also played collegiately.

Brandon Eang is the head coach of the girls and boys volleyball at Westford Academy, having coached at the varsity level since 2001.  He is a board member of the USA Cambodia Sports Association and an assistant coach for the Cambodian Women's National Volleyball Team at the SEA Games 2023  He has coached for Ignite VBC and Bamboo VBC and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his sessions.

Hudson Greene brings both playing and coaching experience to his private lessons. He has played ten years of beach volleyball and was a four-year indoor high school starter, earning the MA HS single-season kill record in 2019. He has seven years of coaching experience in club, high school, and clinic development. He also has directed area club tournaments for five years. Hudson loves working with younger players and is excited to help them grow their individual skills to contribute to their teams.

Sydney Barlow will be returning from college to offer private lessons for the second year. She has also coached for Boston Area Youth Volleyball clinics and assisted with Ignite VBC. She played for the Mill City club program, winning 3rd place at AAU Nationals in 2022. She then played for Utah State Eastern, earning a bid to the NJCAAVB National Championship tournament. Sydney has ample experience coaching young people and loves to help break down skill, form strong fundamentals, and build confidence in the game.

“I met Scott recently, when my three children attended the grass clinic at Oak Hill. He is an excellent communicator and organiser and is incredibly encouraging with the athletes. Lucas I have known for a few years both as the Varsity coach for my older children and SMASH U12s coach for my youngest daughter. Lucas is more than an excellent coach; he takes the time to get to know each athlete and provides support specific to their needs. Ruby has thrived from her opportunity to start playing at 9 years old, developing a strong skill set and growing into a driven athlete. For me, the most important part is that my children have learned the life skill of being part of a team through working with Lucas.”
